Bio Freeze or any of the deep heat rubs. Heating pad, hot bath & do not lift anything over 15lbs 4 the next few days. If the pain doesn't go a way I'll need to see a doctor. You could have dislocated a disc or ruptured one. I have degenerative spinal disease & all the disc in my spine R ruptured so I know what Ur talking about. Hope this helps U, take it easy for a few days.

I’ve pull my back out many times once so bad that it didn’t hill for two weeks never pick up anything with you back left with your legs by swatting .this is what help me I would lay down on the floor on my back now I would try to take out the “S”shape of my lower back [lumbar] and tilt my pelvis back to the floor at the same time titan muscles in buttock and abdominal muscles at the same time as I would tilt my pelvis back to the floor hold there for 5 seconds or more until I could do this for 30 seconds or more if I could do long I would. I would fell relief right away. I would do this for 30 minutes a day or more what ever felt good .this is what help me. I could also do this same exercise standing up next to a wall.

Yes, go to a chiropractor now before long term damage is done. The sooner you fix it the quicker the fix. I had the same prob. and now it's gone. All a medical doc is going to do is give you some pain pills and offer surgery. It's not nescesary, well, maybe the pills are;)

I really think you should see a doctor if it doesn't clear up in ten days or if terribly painful see one asap. he will order an x-ray
