Go to Deb's right now is a great time because winter formals are just getting over so they should be hitting sale prices also try different sale racks at pennys and don't forget outlet stores you will find something and looking now is great because of the sales and the spring line coming in. Just get something in black or red and you can wear it anytime of year! Good luck and happy early birthday!
