I have not tried it, but did some research on it. I even asked my gynecologist about it, and she said it was a hoax. Do some research on it, you'll find many people have negative things to say about it. It's around $1000, and I've heard it causes more sagging than breast fullness.Plus, you have to wear it 10 + hrs a day. If you're set on larger breasts, implants are the only proven way to get them.
