The style I'm going for is the opposite of bright and girly. I like darker colors. I have lots of decorated tees, a few plain colored tees, some thin sweaters, sweatshirts, cargo pants, dark and light boot-cut jeans, some skirts, black and brown belts, and a not a lot of jewelry besides earrings. Do you have any suggestions for this style please?

Mix and match things, but keep colors with colors. Indie people usally do these kinda things, If you got simple necklaces were a different one with each outfit, the rule is to create a different look but make sure your not wearing Red with Blue or somthing like that.
