Yea, I was just about to say what the above person had...Wikipedia has a lot of information that you might find useful. When I don't understand something, or if I want to know something, I always go to wikipedia to look it up. It comes in handy, at least for me. It's like a lifeline to things I need to know.

Golly..what do you think these agencies are created for? If congress wants various chemicals regulated they say so...and they have. The EPA is then tasked with writing the rules of that regulation. If that weren't the case then all the congress critters would have to spend all their time micro managing various chemicals that they have no particular knowledge about. This 'question' sounds like something brought up by all of those right wing radio dummies who spend all their time pimping for the trans national corporations and their employers, the GOP/Teabag/Fox 'News' Axis.

It all depends on what age bracket you want to write about! I know rules and regulations vary according age. Little ones cannot follow full soccer regulations yet!

Wikipedia is not a very good source because the information is not credible, meaning everyone can write a page without giving good sources from where they get the info. You should try at the MLS page or the FMF (Federacion Mexicana de Futbol) page to read all the rules in each tournament. You'll find them there!!!

You may need to look into www.fifa.com
I don't suggest for you to use wikipedia. Mainly because is nothing official. Anyone can add or delete the info posted there whereas on fifa.com everything there is official.
