I hope you are not divorcing her because of her mental problem. There is a very large percentage of people living in this country today that have some sort of mental illness, and it certainly doesnt mean that they are wackos! Last time i checked marriage vows stated "through sickness and through health." Its not easy to have a mental illness and its certainly not much easier to live with someone who does, but this is your wife, and you should at least try. Maybe she is acting bad to you because of this illness? Maybe if you helped her through it and went to see a doctor with her she will get better and so will your marriage. Marriage isnt about just putting up with someone untill you cant take it anymore so you get a divorce...its about working through the problems and trying every possible thing until you have no other options.

It's no your fault she has a mental condition sweetie! Divorce is divorce....there is no judge gonna make you stay married and no judge is going to fault you because of her mental issues. Get your divorce and get on with your life with somebody that is good for you,not someone who makes life miserable for you....mental or not.....that is just not called for! What an excuse for being just a mean person! Good luck sweetie-I hope you get what you want!
