Usually at least 3-4 hours, depending on who else is working that I can pawn my duties off on (it's called training).

Way more than I should I know that. Probably like 4-5 hours a day while at work. When I am at home I have other things to do. That's not bad is it =)

I spend about an hour and half a day looking through questions and answers. I think it is brill, I am learning lots of things from you lovely people out there.

Never. When I should be working , I work, if I don`t , I don`t get paid. That is what happens when you are self employed.
