How do I convert video for my phone?

I have an LG VX8300 V-Cast phone, and just bought a Micro SD card so I can add my own content.

Pix and Music is easy. It's drag and drop.

Videos, I'm having trouble with. Does anyone know what format the phone plays videos in, and if there is a converter available for download somewhere? Looking for shareware, but am willing to spend a little money on a good program.

Most Phones use 3gp format for videos. A good converter is the Plato Video to 3gp convertor on download.com - free.
