its a 2gig but anytime i place the 10sec clip on the i pod it does noting!!!

Apple did not initially design the nano to be able to watch video clips, only to view photos but you can change the software of your nano(1st generation for sure, some 2nd generation user have successfully tried it too!) so that you will have the ability.

**if you have a 2gb 2nd generation it will be silver and purchased at the end of '06 to present, if you purchased your nano a while back or its NOT silver it's probably a 1st generation.

That's because I nano is design to hold only pictures and music. Get a ipod video if you want to hold clips.

The original apple ipod nano wont hold video clips but you can download another software which will - such as linux.

No the ipod will not be able to take any clips because it does not have enough space and they also dont have the correct soft ware as well.

nano can play video clips if u install a third part application, i guess it's a linux thing. i saw it on youtube, a guy was showing his nano playing video

like many other people said, you cannot put any type of video on a nano. Mabye you should upgrade to a 30g or sumthin.

No it cant play Videos, its only a mp3 player not a mp4. But it can hold text Documents
