Definately Mary Kay, it's the only brand of cosmetics that I dare use, after trying all the others, Mary Kay is the best!

YES! I was always using pencil eyeliner and good brands too but they always smudged and ended up on my eyelids or under my eyes. I recently changed over to the Lancome Artliner, and its easy to apply is it is still like a pen but has a felt tip rather than a brush. I have found this to stay in place untill I either wash it off or remove it with makeup remover.
ARTLINER
Precision Point EyeLiner
This easy-to-handle, liquid pen features a uniquely shaped foam tip that lets you precision-line, shape and define your eyes.
Won't scratch, tug or skip. Also features a unique combination of two film-forming polymers that make every look last even longer. Rich, deep, luminous colour pigments offer the most intense- colour. The Result: A precise, professional look.

I had the same problem before i started using Marcelle Waterproof eyeliner. I tried everything before, until i asked the beautician at Shoppers Drugmart.
Now, I have to use eye makeup remover, or baby oil to remove it.
When I go out somwhere special, and wear liquid eyeliner, I will take a thin eyeliner brush and use some eyeshadow the same color and apply it overtop, it works to keep the liner on, and softens the look of the line.
I learned this in hairdressing school.
Hope this helps.

Liquid eyeliner is your best bet. But the less you put on, the less chance that it will crack and flake.
I find that if I use a concealer stick before applying makeup, then use my dark eyeshadow on a pointed applicator sponge, this works much better as eyeliner....no running, no flaking. Then finish off by using a light pink or light beige eyeshadow underneath the line to "set" it in place.

Try Mary Kay products - they are sometimes a little on the more expensive side, but are totally worth it. If you become a consultant, you can get products for yourself for 1/2 price!

I recommend "Urban Decay 24hour eyeliner". It also comes in a range of colours, so you can get one to go with your outfit
