Sounds like an early menopause - don't dismiss it due to your age, my friend had the menopause at the age of twenty two.
If your doctor is already aware of all your symptoms and you have had tests hopefully the results will be able to diagnose the exact problem.
In the mean time try exercising gently or getting more fresh air, this will release feel good chemicals to your brain which will help with the depression side of it.

I have been diagnosed with PCOS for many years now. The emotional and physical changes you are experiencing is due to the a hormonal fluctuation (normal for those who suffer from PCOS). I'm currently on Yasmin (birth control) and Metformin. I was taking another type of birth control but read that Yasmin was "potential ideal" for woman with PCOS. Once you get all your test ran and then they start you on medication you will see a reduction in the hormonal fluctuation. But birth control was the only thing for me that helped.

Make sure they run an insulin level to make sure your don't have insulin resistant PCOS. (which is what I have)

PCOS is not easy to live with and take a lot of dedication to help fight the symptoms, but you will get there. There are thousands of us living with variations of it every day. Mine is severe and has cause a lot of complications. Lets hope they start you off on the right foot! Good luck to you.

My domicile is a multitude and that i might want to care a lot less on the instantaneous. although about getting my hubby to employ a maid previously the toddler comes, because I actually have so little ability.

How old are you? its sounds like premenoupause, my mum had the same sort of symptoms. But its best to wait for your results, just in case its something serious.
Good Luck
