Personally, I have never felt fake ones, but know that I do not like the way they look. I understand what it does for the womans's self esteem, but it would do nothing for me sexually. Actually it is a turn off. If some gal with an A or B cup with real ones was next to fake ones at the cup size of C or D... I'm taking the smaller ones.

In a perfect world we would all be able to have perfect body parts naturally. But this isn't a perfect world and time and gravity has a relentless pull on all of us.
My wife got implants and they look and feel fantastic. So I personally have no problems with them at all.

i'm not a guy, but my boyfriend is standing right behind me and he said he prefers the real thing. he also added that small real ones are still better than big fake ones.

I am not a guy but I think breast implants are a No-No for most men and could be life threatening.

I prefer real..but I enjoy them when they're at least a big C cup.
