I picked B, D, and E but I was wrong. Why?

a one to one function is one where if you graph the function and then draw a horizontal line the function and the horizontal line will intersect at only 1 spot

so then a, c, and e are ont to one functions I am not sure about B and D because I think that you may have meant f(x)=x to the power of 1/3 and f(x)=root x if that is the case then then B is not a one to one and D is

One to one means each "y" is paired with only one "x". This is true for everything but F.

why didn't you pick A? for each x there is one and only one f(x) and vice-versa
