I already have rogers pay as u go plan and Nokia 3390 cell phone with it. I pay 33c/min for both icoming and outgoing calls anytime and anyday of the week. I mostly need cell phone for incoming calls. what is the best option for me so I can get cheap plan with some reliability as well?

The key to remember about cell phone plans is you are paying for the service. That means the towers from your provider should be located at most the places you spend your time eg. home, work, family etc. No providers will give you full coverage in every area you just have to pick the best. Some ways you can do this is by trying out friends phones at most places you find yourself and choosing that same provider. I don't know any provider that provides specifically incoming call plan but Tmobile does have a friends list.

properly I actually have nextel and that i have the nat'l three hundred witch is three hundred antime min. and loose incoming... limitless nights and weekends and now for the reason that your no longer searching for far fuctionality they have phones for quite low priced
