Four months is nothing. You're only fertile 24-36 hours EACH CYCLE. HOURS. PER CYCLE.

Four months is nothing. Chill out. You'll get pregnant. Just have sex.

After one year, you can go to an infertility clinic and have it investigated as to what the problem is. The more relaxed you are, the better. There are all kinds of tests that they can run and have had great success. I also found that if you dwell on it too much, it takes it's toll. Start having sex just for the "fun" of it and stop worrying about whether you are at the "right time of the month" or not. Have fun and as my favourite aunt had said many, many times, practice makes perfect so the more practice you do, the more perfect of a child you wil have and it is very true -- my son is now 17 years old and he's absolutely the most wonderful kid you could ever want and love!!!!

Whether or not that is a long time is a personal Q that every person will answer differently. There are numerous reasons you may not be getting pregnant. Have you been temping and watching/recording all of your fertility signs? Maybe you aren't timing things right, or not ovulating, or you or your partner may have some type of fertility problem. (Though I wouldn't jump to those conclusions this early in TTC) I wouldn't be concerned unless you have been trying for a year and still no luck. If you aren't already, try using FertilityFriend.com. That site will tell you everything you need to know and has an online chart you can use. It taught me a LOT! Good luck to you!

Four months is not a long time at all. It took me three years with the first and two and a half years with the second. And about the abortion there was a girl i wen to school with that had 3 and now has a four month old son.

Just alittle more info, my doctor told me that my body does not release and egg every month like most women. So timing it for me was almost impossible. We just kept trying and it happened. Good luck and i hope that everything works out.

It took me 8 months to conceive my first child and 4 months for my second child. I ended up trying the basal thermometer for charting and I got pregnant the month I started that! Do a google on basal temps and it can help start you out. What it does is you take your temp at the same time every morning before getting out of bed. You can chart the temps online and it will show when you ovulate by temperature. good luck.

4 months isn't long. most doctors would tell you to try for atleast a year before worrying that something may be wrong. the best time to get pregnant is around 2 weeks after your period. A lot of people try to get pregnant and when they decide to stop trying it happens for them. don't stress about it...have fun doing the trying part ;) it will happen for you.

4 months is not a long time to try. Its hard to get pregnant, just luck of the draw, you gotta know when your ovulating and stuff. But I tried for a year and half and finally got pregnant, it just depends. Don't stress about it, it will happen eventually.

Before trying to concieve, were you on the pill? Sometimes it takes a while after you go off the pill. My sister and her husband had to go 9 months before she got pregnant. They were tested for fertility and both were fine. See a doctor, both get tested, and just have patience.

You will get pregnant trust me the older you are the harder it is. You have to have your husband eat certain things a lot of protein. Raw eggs are great. anyway. you will get pregnant in no time just let god handle it. And if any one is smoking cut it out. Are bodies are all different , it took me a year but we finally did it and I have a beautiful baby girl! Folic Acid is great to take.
