It can be possible.As we are now one of the fastest growing country in this world.There by our more and more people are acquiring a healthy and plush life like Eropean.So as a result of which either people will want to change the picture of our country or will want to leave the country and move to Europe or USA.But I think people will prefer first choice as you know India is unique with her exotic culture and diversity what never find anywhere.

Only if they are taught how to properly bathe. No the answer to horrible body odor is not more incense. Not in this millennium or the next.
Nor can 400 million people change quickly enough to make it by 2020. Sorry, if their president were more open minded and not a pompous a*s who thinks he is the most intelligent being on the planet, then maybe things could be different.

I am trying to wrap my brain around the 'clean and beautiful Europe' part.
Most of the places I saw in Europe were pig stys.

everything can be completed if it is planned and implemented.
But the problem with India is that the plans are seldom implemented and those which are implemented are seldom completed.
Thus, it is difficult to say what can be the scenario in 2020.

Don't kid yourself about Europe. There are parts of it that are less than stellar. Don't be fooled by images you see. Venice stinks like you wouldn't believe and parts of Paris France are so filthy you feel like you need to wear protective clothing.
