Fish (or at least, many types) fall into the realm of 'Pavlov's Dog', Instinctively associating certain cues with reward. This is about as close to training a fish as you'll get.

i saw this one episode in myth busters (discovery channel), they trained the fishes to go throught hoops... not like jumping or anything just swimming through it... you should watch it.. =)

Train them to swim, you'll be good at that.
Train them to eat.
Train them to come look at you when you about to feed them.
You really are good at this.

personally i think ur a messed up kid with some issues....i think ur a one of those white kids with some ****** up mental issues??? i dunno thats just my opinion. and YOU CANT TRAIN A FISH!!!!
