You can rent a plumbers snake pretty cheaply, but make sure you understand how to use it.

I bought this plunger at a hardware store that is called the Turbo plunger and it works like really well! But there is an over-flow hole on most tubs and sinks usually by the stopper you put down to hold water in tub, put a rag into the over-flow hole and put a little water into tub and then use this plunger and it should force the clog down! Otherwise take the screen off the drain and put a curved wire into drain twist and turn it every which way and then pull out it will probably have a bunch of YUK! on it, if so do this till nothing else comes out! Good Luck!

Well, Since you've put draino in there. Try using a plunger, make sure you have a good seal and plunge away....
If that does not work, use a snake. Just get a small hand snake from Lowes or Home Depot and run it through the drain...
But next time.... I strongly suggest staying away from Draino as it can burst your pipes, which trust me, you dont want.

They sell these thin flexible brushes for drains that can reach in and grab the clog at the home improvement stores. whatever method you try, plunger, snake,or brush, be cautious because of the chemicals in the draino that is probaly still in you tub drain. when plunging they could come back and splash you in the face, not a pretty sight.

You probably have hair build up in the drain. Take a wire hanger, straighten it out, put down the drain and try pullling the hair out. There is also a clog remover that will get rid of the hair. I bought it at Wal Marts. If you rent. call the landlord, if not call a plummer.

If its just the tub unscrew the grate covering the drain, the drain usually connects to an elbow which after time can get clogged with debris, hair etc.
If you are renting call the property owner and let them resolve it.

Try the plunger. Just keep on plunging until whatever it is comes up! If that doesn't work, call a plumber. They have tools that can get almost anything out of a drain!

I had exactly the same problem.
Try using the plunger (for the toilet).
It worked like a charm for me!
Good luck.

If you plunge you have to make sure that the top vent is closed and the sink also.
