Most of the time he is a Genius but if he doesn't get his way then he can be a bit of an eejit!
Back-to-back premiership titles must say something (although he has some great players - come back soon JT!!) If Jose does go then he will be difficult to replace and also he may take some of the players with him which could be a disaster!
When he does wear his genius hat then Chelsea are virtually unstoppable ... C'mon you Blues!!!

I don't support Chelsea,but i think he can be a good manager in the right club,i really didn't think he fitted as a Chelsea manager

Not a tosser, he won the champions league with Porto, without all that money. He hasn't proved himself to be a genius yet, but he's doing ok. (I'm not a Chelsea fan, either)
