I stopped trying to have a break of any kind after I got this job. It's all one big interruption to a series of interruptions around here!

Yep. And it happens to me quite frequently. I guess it's my fault for not leaving my desk, but I always seem to be the person who gets a phone call or a co-worker asking for help. And it always happens as soon as I pour my milk on my cereal. I've eaten waaay more than my share of soggy Raisin Bran. Yuck!

LOL, yeah in IT/networking, that happens alot. Heck it just happened a couple of minutes ago to me. It is very annoying and frustrating.
