I'm not in shape - I have until July, so I'm starting from scratch. Its a 1/2 mile swim (I'll be fine with that part), a 3.2 mile run, and a 12 mile uphill bikeride. Has anyone trained for one of these in the past? Should I rotate which days I train for which piece?

no,i would run so far one day and go farther the next day ND SO ON,,,
