There is no legal deadline for noise.

There are criteria to apply to classify this activity as nuisance.

I suggest that you talk to your neighbour (or the person making the noise) and explain calmly that you would appreciate some piece in the evenings.

If that brings no joy, contact the envirnmental health department at your local council. They have the power to apply for enforcement notices if necessary.

There are criminal limits to noise toxins, about 90dB i imagine.
