i love them! They look really trendy and are the official look of the moment. you should wear them with a long sleeved top of a plain colour. Then you should wear tights of a matching colour (without looking too stupid) or you could wear footless tights. Then wear them with some girly shoes like pumps. Hope I helped!

A great thing to wear under a pinafore dress is either a short sleeved shirt(with some sort of design on it) or a roll neck jumper/top! these both look great! you can keep it simple or jazz it up with a bit of jewellery and some fab heels!

I have just got a gorge dress from warehouse - it is called a "High waist mini" quite similar to a pinafore dress - I wear a white shirt under mine - have a look on there website at www.warehouse.co.uk under ware demin

I've got a pinafore dress thats well cute, they look great with a polo neck top, long or short sleeved and leggings or tights look nice with flat pumps. Or try it with knee highs and tights if its cold outside

i love pinafore dresses but the fact im a size 16 i dont wear them because they make me look big, if i was my old slim self i wouldnt of hesistated and i would of wore a nice white shirt underneath it, and some beads, chunky ones x

they can be okay if made from the right material, are the right colour, fitting etc. If you have nice legs, why not show off their fab shape with some black drainpipes (or regular skinny jeans), unless the dress is blue, in which case go for a blue jean that doesnt look weird with the colour blue the dress is

Well im quite big and ware a pinafore and it really suits me im told . I like it with a paterned shirt or bold coloured top black tights and patent heels

I really like them, i'm loving all the 60's inspired fashion, just wear a nice blouse underneath it, some opaque tights and a pair of heels. I'd volumise my hair and wear a slick of eyeliner and pale lips.

They are very 60"s,i also think you have to have a pretty thin figure to look sexy in one.A nice coloured roll kneck or a three quarter length blouse,or even a blouse that ties round the kneck,nice tights and knee high boots.

i think they're really cute if you've got the right figure (i.e. not curvy as it would make your waist look bigger than it is and not show off your shape).
i think they must be worn with boots. other than that it depends on the weather, what you're doing and the colour of the dress, i think a long sleeved strippy top would be good with a denim one for a casual look x
