I dont know about fractures but a baby can be rough. My little girl was a week old and pulled my husbands chest hairs out. Once when she was a few months old she puckered up to give him a kiss and when he bent down she bit him on the nose. Sooo funny. My second little girl liked to head butt and kick ya. So you have to be very careful. Best of luck

My nose has been bruised and last night I had a split lip (not bad though). It's just a stage - my girlfriend's son went through this stage. It lasts a few months then it's over...

oh no no no. my boyfriends son has broken 3 noses since he was born he is now 3 years old and has stopped headbutting. you are not the only one

Haha, no. My son used to headbutt my husband all the time when he got excited! I got it a few times in the chin myself!
