Check American Eagle and Hollister clearance.
Although they may not be cheap, you do save a lot of money and the clothes themselves are totally worth it :)

Same. Target and old navy. also try electricboutique. they have shoes and stuff for like $6.. if your looking for cheap clothes or anything......go anywhere online nad make sure you go to the clearance and bargin section.. if you want to shop out in town also try ross.. - loves it
