I wear them all the time because I have a good job in an office after school, and I really dislike pantyhose, so I wear my stockings and garter belt to school so I am ready to go to work at 2:pm. It is none of the schools business what I wear for my underwear, as long as I conform to the schools dress code.

Its none of their business what is worn under the skirts. I went to a Catholic school, where hosiery was required with the uniform, and by my junior year I was wearing stockings and a garter belt more than pantyhose. They were more comfortable, and more fun and the teachers never knew. Several of us wore them until we graduated.

They don't have the authority to look under a skirt to find out if a girl is wearing pantyhose or stockings and a garter belt. I hate pantyhose and wore a garter belt during high school and college when I dressed up. My younger sister who is still in high school wears them almost everyday, as she too hates pantyhose and has a job after school that requires dressing up.

How would they know? From my junior year on, I always wore stockings and a garter belt when I dressed up instead of pantyhose. I wore them to my prom in my sophmore year and they were so fantastic, I never wore pantyhose again, I even wear them under jeans in the winter.
