I am purchasing a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe. I have to choose a color. I am trying to choose between the grey, silver, red, or dark blue. Any suggestions. Also, anyone have any suggestions about the 3 interior colors to choose from. I am having a hard time with the choices.

Do not pick silver there is less pigment in the paint. Eventually it may gray up somewhat and turn flat. If you have a garage and keep it waxed with Mothers Carnuba paste at least twice a year go for it. The other colors are fine I don't know your age I personally like either red or dark gray the blue looks like ink. Stick to the darkest interior. If you are willing to keep a lighter interior clean go for it . Forget the lightest interior . My personal suggestion would be to shoot for the interior with the most contrast to break up the color somewhat. I'm not sure if you're looking at leather, that stands the most wear and tare of any other. Stay away from black. It gets too hot in summer months and shows lint. Have fun shopping

If you live in a northern clime the darker colors are fine. However, if you live in the south and especially the southwest where the hot sun really beats down go with a light color. Go on a car lot in the south in the summer and lay your hand on the metal of a white car and then on a dark color car. You'll instantly understand why white cars are so popular in the south and southwest. The heat retention/reflection ability of the paint will directly affect how well the AC does it's job in the middle of summer.

For me it would depend on what the local colors were. I would try to match the car to the dust or dirt that will be accumulating so that it does not show so much Grey works.
