In millsberry how do you unlock kelly in the ski slolomn?

The third character in the reeses ski thing.. how do you unlock her?

To unlock Kelly you need a health (heart) status at 100% and athletics status at 100%. If you have both those things at 100% when you launch the game you will see Kelly as a 3rd option.
