The reason it is so hard is that we have so many differences. One of the things that makes the world an interesting place is that we have different cultures different beliefs and different ideas. In addition to this, one of the human conditions is emotion and people have a wide range of emotional intensities as well as different ways of expressing themselves.
Given all of that, communication is often difficult, and so misunderstandings take place and emotions soar. I think overall peace is a good goal, but I do not believe it to be attainable. I don't want a world where everyone thinks like me or even always agrees with me.
Helping people is great, but not everyone agrees on how to help, and quite frankly, not everyone that needs help, wants help. So, I think we do what we can, and we try to be peaceful, but the whole population will never come to terms.

Theoretically it looks very simple, but the human nature is so individualist , that in the practice that is not possible, there are too many personal interests which collide with all others, every one think that other people are stepping on the own line and that situation creates the discrepancies as the root cause of conflict of interests which turns as the cause of wars. Only those irrational species have the supreme capability to leave in peace.

Because you can't please everyone and people are always going to take offense to even the most well meaning comments. But basically it boils down to one thing:
All people are selfish. Even if just a tiny bit. Most are really selfish.
Until people can learn to be (mostly) selfless and put others first, there will always be war and strife.

almost everyone things they are better then the next and they are right, they try to force their values on other people that don't want them, others are scared, some are hungry, it's a bad time to be a human, even worse time to be a polar bear.
