My xbox 1 won't play certain games, yesterday I got Grand Theift Auto San Andreas and I played it once and it worked fine, the second time I played it, it gave me an error saying "The disk may be dirty or damaged" and I looked at the disk is perfect. Also I tried other games and they did the same thing after about 10 minutes into the game. I don't know what is wrong and I already cleans the leans with a disk cleaner and emptied the hard drive and I don't know what else to do! Someone help! I need to play GTA! LOL if you don't know what to do please don't put anything I only want accurate answers I don't want my xbox getting funked up... lol

the eye on your xbox is going out on you i would go out and buy another xbox and hook ur old xbox up to the new one get all your saved info from ur old one to save on ur new one so you wont lose a thing then when ur done keep the new one and use the old one as a relic or a nice paper weight i use my 2 old xboxes and a piece of wood as a self to hold my xbox 360 LOL

Instead of rushing out to buy a new xbox, first see if there is any electronic repair shops around you can call up and see if they can fix your xbox and for how much. It may be cheaper than going out buying a new one. If so, make sure it will not effect your saved data so you will not lose it!

mine is doing the same. it is 4 years old now and it's getting tired from those all-nighters. Yours is doing the same. Need to buy a new one or get a new optical drive for about 40 to 50 and install it in there

It may be that your Xbox has been overheated. Don't play it for about 2 days, then try it out again.
