I don't know....I never thought he was going to shut up. He just appeared to be rambling on & on with no apparent direction about what he was talking about.

LMAO yea he was trashed.... I think everyone was lookin at him with there heads ****** to the side like WHAT???!?!?!? Not only did the speach seem like it lasted 20 minutes but half the time i had no idea what he was talkin about.

Yes, he did seem strange, and I never thought about it, but he was stuttering too.
It was a bizarre speech, and not at all like we see him, so maybe he was drunk.
