Call or write...they must provide a w-2 even if it was lost.Make sure it is not a copy. I had a company do that to me once when I moved and didn't recieve my w-2. They sent me a copy of my w-2 which is no use to the IRS.

oppps! It happends honey. Dont sweat it.. Just call up the company and request for another one. They should have it on file. To get it faster request to pick it up from the office. If not they will drag their heels on getting it out to you! Good Luck and spend your tax money wisley!
