Well Saturday [Jan 13] was my 2 yr anniversary with my boyfriend and, of course, the main thing we did was have sex.. 4 times on Friday, 3 times on Saturday, 2 times on Sunday, and 1 time on Monday.. Each time was unprotected and the "pull out" method was used.. We started wondering when my next period would come so we checked my mymonthlycycles account and little did we know, Thursday - Monday were my fertile days.. Then he comes out and tells me that he feels that he may have pulled out a little late about 2 or 3 times but it wasnt on purpose.. What are my chances of being pregnant???

Wow, some people are really mean...she wasn't asking for a bunch of smart *** responses. Anyway...me and my boyfriend practiced the withdrawal method (and rhythm method) because I am allergic to latex and against birth control. This worked very well actually but we knew it wouldn't for very long (and we were ok with that.)

We avoided having sex multiple times in one day (one after another) because after a guys cums some stays inside his urethra and can come out the next time around with the pre-***. If we wanted to have sex again he would use the bathroom to clear any out just in case. Sperm in pre-*** is actually rare in the sense that there is enough or it is placed close enough to the cervix for conception to occur. But having had sex multiple times in one day probably has increased your chances to get pregnant.

If you had sex everyday for a month (not including during your period) you have a 25% chance of getting pregnant (on average-some months you are more fertile than others)

Having sex multiple times a day increases your chances to get pregnant.

An egg, once released, survives for 24hours (sometimes more-some say up to 48 hours)

Sperm can live up to 5 days inside a woman under good conditions.

You are more likely to get pregnant if you have sex before you ovulate rather than after.

I'd just like to say that after 10 months of using the rhythm/withdrawal method I became pregnant. We hadn't had sex in 2 weeks and he wasn't sure if he had pulled out in time (a little late) I am now 8 weeks pregnant-so yes you do have a good chance of being pregnant.

All you can do now is wait and see if your period comes but try not to stress yourself out about it, that can make your period come late. If it doesn't come go out and buy a test. Get one that has two so if the first comes up negative wait a couple days and take the other one. These tests say they can work up to your first day blah blah...rule of thumb-the most expensive ones are more sensitive so if you want to know asap spend a little more.

If you are pregnant-congrats-you should be happy. It's a great thing but if you're not ready for children please don't get an abortion, give the kid a chance at life and look into adoption. I know a lot of families that are biting their nails waiting for a baby of their own through adoption. It's a great thing to do for a couple who can't have their own.

My husbands cousin used that method and got pregnant. So you have a really good chance of being pregnant. You will know within a month. You cant go by your period, because if its close to that time you can still have a period and be pregnant. I did with my first little girl. So good luck.

PS. Dont listen to all these remarks, everybody has the right to one mistake. My little girl is the best accident i ever made.

The withdrawel method or pull out method is not a form of contraception. Have you never heard of pre ***? If I was you I would get a test in a couple of weeks then go on a PROPER form of birth control. I'm only a couple of years older than you and I can't believe how naive you are! You have every chance of being pregnant.

Good Luck

Unfortunately people can be very cruel. You didn't ask this question to be degraded and made to look like an idiot. But, when people don't know how to counsel, be friendly or give real advice they decide to be cruel. Being cruel is easier than being helpful. You have a very high chance of being pregnant, but your boyfriend is as much to blame as you. Now it comes down to deciding--if you are pregnant--whether or not to keep the baby. My BF and I had sex twice in a month after I ran out of birth control three months earlier. We used over the counter birth control and the pull out method but somehow I ended up pregnant. I'm 33 and I've been on the pill for over ten years. I ran out and couldn't afford to get more because I lost my health insurance. It's a very scary, difficult decision to keep the baby, or otherwise. Just be there for each other, weigh your options and know whatever you do, it cannot be undone. I wish you the best of luck and please don't let the other answers bother you. Feel sorry for those people, they are either too ignorant or heartless to understand the purpose of your question. All the best to you and yours.

You may very well get pregnant. I hope you find my answer dumb...I just want to tell you the truth. Something obviously no one has done! The pull out method is not a real method...Any time you have unprotected sex you can get pregnant whether or not he ejaculated in you or not!!! There is liquid that comes out during arousal that also contains sperm... Even using protection is not 100% safe, if you don't want to get pregnant don't have sex...That is not stupid, THAT IS THE TRUTH!

To answer your question on what are my chances...High

The pull out method does not always work. (rarely in fact)

Semen comes out a a mans penis before ejaculation.( pre-ejaculation) And you had sex multiple times. So I would say you had as much sperm in you as if he had a full orgasm inside you.

Your choices: the day after pill or likely having a baby

This answer is not at all to be mean. You are young and have made a bad choice. Please learn from your fear of becoming pregnant.
Good Luck

Your chances of being pregnant are pretty great, especially if it happened during the day you were the most fertile. My friend got pregnant using the pull out method.

Your chances are very high and depending on when you had sex you can only use the day after pill 72 hours after the incident.... so depending on which times he did it it is probably too late for the pill... now you just have to wait and see....... sorry, but you two were the ones that took the chance. If your going to be responsible enough to have sex, be responsible enough to get birth control!
