I'm an 18 year old male who is 5"4 and weighs 135 lbs. My parents are relatively average for their genders dad 5"10 mom 5"6...why am I not growing?! I eat healthy work out alot,should I be worried?I could understand if short stature was common in my family then it would be pretty explainable but everyone is average height.Will i still grow...please! I need help

No,I don't smoke,drink or lift weights heavily...I just want some answers to why Im the height I'am :$...should I go 2 a specialist?

You're more than likely going to stay the same height... you could grow maybe 2 more inches if you get lucky before you are 21. Do you drink coffee? That stunts your growth. Weight lifting also stunts it. Did you start lifting early? It doesn't allow your muscles to expand the way you need to.

some people are naturally capped in there ability to produce growth horomones. there is no way to instanly become taller. its all about the size of ur pituitary gland. this send horomones to the rest of ur body. for example aundrey the the giant in wresting had a pituitary tumor which increased the size of his pituitary gland he couldnt stop growing be lucky for what u are and love urself no matter what. and by the way muscle growth has no effect on bone growth.

don't think you'll grow too much more...some guys have a little spurt when they are 18 but by the time you are 20 you are pretty much locked in. At least you can always find clothes!

you won't knwo if you will be able to grow more. its all in the genes. u might grow maybe 1-3 more inches but thats it

you still have time to grow my parents were the same height as yours and their children grew taller than them, three of my brothers reached 5'11" one was 6'3" me 5'9"

You should see your dr and have them take an xray of your legs to see if you will grow more. Do this immediately.
