I'd go for ASUS (in fact I did, though I built mine on an ASUS bare bones).
Check out:
ASUS A8JP-4S029M NoteBook Intel Core 2 Duo T7200(2.00GHz) 14" Wide XGA+ 1GB DDR2 667 120GB 5400rpm DVD Super Multi ATI Mobility Radeon X1700 - Retail (5.25 lbs) - $1,298.99
Hurry, that one goes out of stock FAST. It's a very good deal.
ASUS are attractive and _very_ well built. And as you can see, they make machines that can do pretty much anything you want them to do, instead of crippling them with wimpy graphics cards.
As to ibuypower... I've heard good and bad, but the bads have been really bad. If you want a custom configured I'd go with gentechpc.com.

Under 2.5kg what you're asking for may not exist, and I'm not sure I'd recommend it to you, if it does. With a graphics card in that range, there's just no way to cool it properly, in a package that small. If Nvidia 7400 graphics are sufficient, then you may have some choices (but then price becomes an issue =/).
I did however just price-out a Dell Inspiron E1705 for $1697 with these features:
PROCESSOR Intel® Core⢠2 Duo T7200 (2.00GHz, 4MB L2 Cache, 667 MHz FSB)
OPERATING SYSTEM & TV-TUNERS Genuine Windows® XP Media Center Edition 2005
LCD PANEL 17 inch Wide Screen XGA+ Display
MEMORY 1GB Shared Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz
HARD DRIVE 80GB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive
OPTICAL DRIVE 8x CD/DVD burner (DVD+/-RW) with double-layer DVD+R write capability
VIDEO CARD 256MB NVIDIA® GeForce⢠Go 7900 GS
SOUND OPTIONS Integrated Audio
BATTERY OPTIONS 80 WHr 9-cell Lithium Ion Primary Battery
WIRELESS CARDS Dell Wireless 1390b/g (54Mbps)
Sadly, it weighs about 8lbs (3.6kg).
For around $2050, you can pick up Dell XPS M1210 systems, with specs similar to those above, except for the graphics card, which is limited to an Nvidia GO 7400.

IBUYPOWER.com , they sell customizable laptops that can handle most anything you can throw at them. I'm not sure about the weight, but all the other specs you listed you can put into a laptop for easily under $1500 on that website.

if you can spend a bit more, then a macbook pro would be good for you.
if you can settle for a pretty crappy graphics card, get a macbook.
if you absolutely must have everything in the list, look on ebay.
