i think u might need some more details. Is this under english and welsh, US or scottish law? When you say, 'who it applies to' what do you mean? do you mean the law of the abortion act? an expert on abortion would be most doctors who regulary carry out the procedure, or there may be doctors very knowledgeable who have written papers and journal articles and the like. i don't know what u mean by 'refutin'.

Experts on abortion would be doctors. People who
have opinions will argue(loudly) for or against
this issue. Just do a search engine on the subject.

i agree with first answer but noone is an expert at abortion and every woman has the right to do what she wants with her body afterall most men dont stick around anyway ooops i was married 27years now divorced but we still raise the grown up children and more..............abortion articles and who it applies to i dont get that good luck
