Can I get and email thats Myname@myname.com for free thats not AOL?

I have no cell for so that means no AOL.

To put it simply, no.

You could get a myname@is-hot.net or a myname@hotmail.com

http://www.is-hot.net/apply.php or www.hotmail.com - You'd have to pay to get an @myname.com address, it's called a domain. From £3-10 a year, or $5-15.
