I cannot believe we are putting children through this. If we even let them into the world without aborting them, we put them with a homosexual couple and expect them to turn out normal.
Even if gay marriage is passed (pray that it is not), we should petition that only heterosexual couple should be allowed to adopt children.

Aren't they just teaching their children that heterosexual bigotry is OK? I just red (your typo, not mine) a story about an adoptive hetero couple who broke up, and one was suing the other for custody of the child. The child wasn't even his OR hers, it was biologically SOMEONE ELSES ENTIRELY!
I cannot believe we are putting children through this. If we even let them into the world without aborting them, we put them with an aboptive family and expect them to turn out normal?
Even straight second marriage is allowed, we should petition that only FIRST TIME marriages should be allowed and adoption or even procreation for only those couples who pass a rigorous evaluation that includes likelihood of abuse, drug use, possible neglect, divorce histories on both sides of the couple's families.
Maybe we should administer an IQ test before allowing ANY married couple to have children, biologilcally or not.
OH and let's OUTLAW DIVORCE completely! Make it a stoning offence!

That was the most idiotic argument I've ever heard. You don't even know how to back up your own argument. No, homosexuals who have children are not just teaching their children that homosexuality is ok.. that is ridiculous. You're basically saying that any homosexual couple only has children to gain more supporters for their sexuality. That is simply not logical. And what exactly are we putting children through? It is not like having homosexual parents is the black plague or something.. they are human too.. and can raise children just as well as any heterosexual couple. Why shouldn't children turn out normal who have gay parents? But I doubt you would listen to logic anyway, being that you just sound like another one of those religious fanatics trying to press your ill-minded beliefs down everyone elses throats. Why do you insist on trying this same topic over and over again to be proven wrong each and every time? Ill humor you for a second since that is all you are worth.
So according to your theory its better to have a child be adopted by a straight couple where the divorse rate is nearing some 75% in the first 4 years of marriage?
Do you even know that most gay couples tend to stay together longer and live in a more structured environment and life style?

I am insulted by your comment many gay people are more capable than some who are not at bringing up kids.
A child needs love support and open minded parents as long as they have both sex influences in their life they should grow up to be rounded individuals.

Someone's gotta raise all the discarded/unwanted children that result from heterosexual stupidity, since so many irresponsible breeders refuse to take responsibility for their actions.
If you want your fantasy world of straight-only adoptions to come to pass, get to work on the REAL problem: heterosexual responsibility.
By the way, our adopted daughter has been with my wife and I nearly 5 years now. She's got a crush on a boy in her class, so that's one less adopted-by-lesbians "normal" kid for you to worry about. Feel better?

Your question and all of it's so-called explanations make absolutely no sense. As long as the two women or the two men can create a loving, stable environment for children, why shouldn't they be allowed to raise a family. You act as if heterosexual couples havent SERIOUSLY messed up when raising children. PLEASE SPARE ME. Gays can't screw up their kids any more than the abusive/neglectful straight parents I know.
More importantly, why should someone as narrowminded and cruel as you are be allowed to raise one? I'm going to pray for you tonight because clearly you missed the whole point of the bible when you read it. should we allow str8 couples to have children? how many kids end up in a broken home or abused and abandoned by their parents. when i was doing foster care i never once had a child from a gay couple placed in my home..only the " normal" str8 people

Whether you like it not, hundreds of thousands of gay families already have children.
By preventing gay families from having the EQUAL RIGHTS guaranteed in the Constition, you are hurting these children.
