I also live in Pudsey, Leeds. Don't go to Pudsey Park and waste your time. Try places like the Art Gallery, The Light, Thackery Museum, The Royal Armouries, Henry Moore Gallery :) Goreyalan mentions a lot of places - but not all of them are must-sees (in particular Pudsey Park hehe). The shopping bit that goes through the middle of Leeds is good - couldn't give you any street names though I'm afraid.

Take a tour of the Leeds University. It's the biggest in UK. Walk around the shopping district in the city centre is pretty worth doing too.

The best way to see Leeds is in the rear view mirror of your car as you drive down the M62 as fast as you can !

take it from me as i live there, theres nothing worth seeing,the museum in the centre has gone there is only the parish church is nothing to write home about, the cathedral is tucked away so that no one knows where it is (well i do but it takes some bloody finding) and as for gardens there mostly full of vandals and smack heads, and all in all its not very nice.sorry to dissapoint you.
