Meterosexual is a term used to describe straight men who are very meticulous about their appearance. They get there eyebrows shaped, are very fashion conscious, get pedicures & always look like they stepped off a GQ photo shoot. BUT they proclaim to be 100% straight. They say that Ryan Seacrest is a Meterosexual.

A person, usually hetero male, who is meticulous about their looks and pretty much willing to spend and amount of time or money that it takes to look perfect.
