The twinges are normal after ovulation. It is thought they are caused by a little bit of bleeding where the egg was released or caused by the growing corpus luteum (also where the egg was released). It unfortunantly does not give any indication reguards to conception. Try and wait--go here for tips and other early pg symtpms www.twoweekwait.com

Most likely the twinges are not an indication that you are pregnant and I would wait and see what the Oven produces. Was your temp at 100 during ovualtion the good baking temp...:__:_::)
