Wear about a gallon of cologne. They'll notice you from fifty feet away; in fact, they won't be able to think about anything else but the fumes.
Tons of guys swear by it.
Just be nice. It's important to bathe frequently and wear clean clothes, but besides basic hygeine, there's not a lot you need to do. Lots of girls (I am the world) avoid men who do anything at all with their hair or wear fashionable clothes. Maybe some others like that; who knows.
However, it helps if you speak up a little. Be considerate and helpful. Do what's right. Be trustworthy.

get a flashy car with a kickazz stereo, and dark windows...wear an expensive suit and cool shades and some bling bling...then on the girls are all yours...it don't matter if you look like Micheal Jackson!!
