I have tried to stop bitting my nails and I have use almost all the nail growth polishes that are in the stores but my nails just won't grow can anyone help me with something that actually works and is inexpensive??

I myself have the ability to have long nails, but by me being an at home mom my nails are made weak due to cleaning, doing hair, etc. When I want to regrow my nails or protect my grown nails, i go to the nail shop and get an overlay. It can be quite inexpensive if you just get the overlay and not designs and fake nails. I also suggest Sally Hanson Nail products after growing your nails. The diamond Strength worked great.

Why not try taking some vitamins! Some vitamins are made specifically to help with nail growth! Sally Hensan does work really well! Hope that helps...

well you know for me they growth when i use artificial nails (the ones that are glue on ;don't need to go a a salon to do that you can do it yourself) for about a week, the thing with mines is they're weak, another thing that can help is some of the products from sally hensen they work, good luck

there's actually this stuff called no more bite. put it on your nails and you'll stop trust me he taste is awful

for me i use artificial nails they make my nails grow long!!!
