I am very self-conscious about letting my man perform oral sex, because ever since Ive known, I have a sour taste to me in that area. Ive talked to another friend about it, she said she has the same problem, but doesnt know why either. Could anyone help with some answers? preferably someone not being a smart-alic. Thanks

It's not technically a problem, to be honest, but a normal thing. Your vagina is supposed to have a sour taste. Your vagina should be slightly acidic (about as tart as a glass of wine) when it is healthy: this pH keeps bacteria from giving you yeast infections or other nasty problems.
A lot of women are self-conscious about their smell/taste, but frankly a vagina is never going to smell like a rose garden or taste like a box of chocolates. If you get a BAD smell or taste, that's a sign to go to the doctor... but in general, if you keep clean, are well-hydrated, don't smoke (bad in general but also about the worst thing you can do re: vagina taste), you will be fine.

the taste of your "spot" will mimic what you eat. if you are planning on attempting oral sex in the near future eat lots of natural sweet things pineapple is number 1 for correction of sour tastes. number two clean immedatly bofore oral number three men have diffrent taste buds than us woman and can tand to think that our "spot" tastes much better than we do. if none of these help try using some flavored massage oils down there before to give yourself a more enjoyable flavor.. good luck
