I have 3 dell computers but I know how to fix them all........dell is the same as the other brands.........parts are going to break down no matter what kind of computer you get.....the only company I can say is different in the computer market is sony they seem to use better parts than others.......but they are also more expenstive there are so many websites that let you build your own....plus I lost respect for dell when they started using amd processors which are now the cheaper and slower processor the higher models you get the intel.........everyone I have talked to in IT field hates dells and amd due to there problems.......but if your a gamer amd is always first choice processor

I got a dell about two years ago. It was the best investment I made. I havent had any problems with mine. Just make sure you get a pentium 4 and not a celeron processor. Those are slower. You will enjoy your new purchase.

Depends on what you'll be using it for. If it's media stuff - music, photo's etc, ONLY go with an Apple. I have a Dell desk top but an Apple laptop. Next desk top will be an Apple also. (I do alot with music and photos.)
