There are three big influences on my life: My students who teach me something new everyday, my gran (who has passed on, but was very much the woman I'd like to become), and my mother who is a creative, kind, intelligent, empathic woman.

my little sister. I want to succeed because I know she is constantly looking up to me.
Also, people who have overcame personal hardships to lead successful lives.
Martin Luther King Jr., Oprah... because no matter what, you have to acknowledge how much more of a challenge it is for a minority to succeed so greatly.
