There are a lot of free lessons online, but a lot of which ones you'd want would depend on the size and complexity of the "shirts, blouses, and pants" you'd want to make.

The simplest ones can be made from squares of fabric, where really realistic ones would take much more effort and time, for example.

(If you specified the size the figures are that you're considering miniature, and how difficult or simple you'd want the clothing to be, that would help narrow down what *you* have in mind.)

find a book on doll house decorating, they often include the figures and the clothing in there as well as rugs and so on.
