In studying for an Algebra review test, I used the online class notes of Prof. Paul Dawkins of Lamar University. I thought they were really well organized and useful. They are at:

Just google 'algebra tutorial' and you will find many. I like the West Texas A & M University tutorial (look for wtamu in the name of the site) and the Virginia tech tutorial. Good luck!

There is a good site named "www.algebra.com"
The tutors there give you the answers with the explanations.
I am also one among those hon.tutors.
