I was at my exboyfriends house and his friend decided to scare him by shooting him with his new paint ball gun. He hit the car first and i leaned into it. the sweater sat @ ex's house for awhile and now there's just dried orange paint on my beige sweater!

You didnt' include what type of material your sweater way made out of, but try paint thinner. You'll have to be careful though. If your sweater is made from silk (or another delicate fabric) it might ruin it even more to use paint thinner on it.

Oh yeah. I just read the other posts. I forgot that paintball paint is water soluable (been a while since I played). Just throw it in the wash and it should come right out.

But don't dry it unless you see that the paint isn't there anymore. Just in case.

Paintballs paint is watersoluble. Therefore it can be cleaned with water. I would try soaking it for a little while, then try a woolite type of soap and a brush and lightly scrub the stain. Good Luck!

turpentine (paint thinner) and blast it out under the faucet with hot water. Hopefully the materials not too delicate. If its is, hey its ruined anyways

paint thinner works really well, but afterwards make sure you wash it as soon as possible. if not careful it can stain your clothes, so wash it as soon as you get done.
and it doesn't take much, just take a rag and dip it in then go from there.
