Yes, wash it. Then have him checked out by a vet for an infection. Dogs don't usually pee where they sleep.

Wash it with bleach to get the odor out. He obviously had to go really bad.. you should pay more attention to him.

not only is it gross to have a smelly dog and dog bed but if you leave it there he will assume its ok
